Standing proudly for over 100 years, Arnold Cottage became an iconic landmark, waving travellers past on their journeys to and from Cambridge. As a focal point of the remarkable Te Awa Village project, this architecturally designed and renovated home showcases the experience and expertise of the Rob May team. Recognising the historic significance of the building, a journey of rehabilitation and remodelling was embarked on, breathing new life into its timeworn structure. With meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for heritage, the cottage was dissected before reconstructing it to its former glory. After more than a year of dedication and craftsmanship, Arnold Cottage stands rejuvenated, poised and captivating the fusion of history and enduring spirit of the past while embracing the future.
